Aestus Health Therapy Services

Grief therapy for carrying loss with care and meaning.

Support for the pain of losing a person, relationship, role, future, or life chapter that mattered deeply.

Grief does not follow a straight line

Grief can affect your emotions, body, relationships, sense of identity, and view of the future. Some days may feel heavy and obvious, while other days the grief may appear suddenly in ways you did not expect.

Therapy gives you space to speak honestly about the loss, process what changed, and find a way to carry your grief without being completely consumed by it.

“Grief is love with nowhere to go”- Jamie Anderson

As someone who has gone through grief myself, I know all to well tha crushing waves of sadness, confusion, disbelief and pain that accompany it. Grief is a deeply personal journey and it can be extremely isolating. However, this doesn't mean you have to go through it alone. In therapy, I aim to help you navigate the complex emotions of grief, help you honor your loss, find healthy ways to cope, and eventually heal. I would be honored to be part of your journey in healing from grief.
